Meet Kiera

Kiera is a manager in Litigation Support, working out of the San Francisco office. She specializes in forensic accounting for family law matters where she helps high net-worth individuals during marital dissolution proceedings, including performing various complex analyses around dividing assets and determining support. Before coming to Gursey, Kiera was an auditor at EY, and then again at Marcum LLP.

Kiera graduated cum laude from Saint Mary’s College of California with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting before becoming a Certified Public Accountant. She also volunteers for an adult literacy program where she tutors adults in reading, writing, and spelling.

Originally from Tucson, AZ, Kiera now lives in Walnut Creek, just northeast of San Francisco. She loves going on early morning runs, always has a book on her, and thoroughly enjoys listening to great music.

What irrational fear do you have?

Suddenly developing a deadly allergy to something I truly love. Like salmon, or puppies. Or wine.

What would you rate 10 out of 10?

(Re)discovering a song that I love so much that I listen to it a million times on repeat.

What job would you be terrible at?

Fostering dogs, because I would have to keep them all.
