401(k) & Retirement Savings Plan – Gursey Schneider offers a 401(k) plan to all its employees with a maximum $6000 match, as well as a retirement savings plan into which the firm contributes 5% of your annual salary each year once you meet eligibility requirements.

Medical, Dental and Vision Plans – We offer various medical, dental and vision plans to all full-time employees, which includes HMO and PPO options. Gursey Schneider covers 100% of the premium for all full-time employees for the base HMO plan.  Dependent coverage and plan upgrade options are available.
