Meet Micaela

Micaela Tetangco serves as the firm’s People Operations Manager, bringing with her a decade of experience in Human Resources. Having worked in various industries including healthcare, hospitality, and professional services, Micaela helps our staff navigate their health and welfare benefits, assist with onboarding, and so much more!

Micaela earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from CSUN, where she was a member of the Business Honors Association and graduated cum laude. She furthered her education by completing an MBA from Kansas Wesleyan University in 2020, graduating summa cum laude.

Originally from Chatsworth, CA, Micaela now resides in Culver City. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, and traveling. She loves exploring Los Angeles through activities like thrift shopping, going out to movies, and attending live concerts. Micaela is the second of five children and has two adorable dogs, Milo and Libby.

If you were arrested with no explanation, what would your friends and family assume you had done?

They would assume I took all the dogs I met to on the street.

What’s the most ridiculous fact you know?

Hippos can run underwater and hold their breath for up to 30 minutes, but they cannot swim.

Among your friends or family, what are you famous for?

My very detailed travel itineraries. I am a Type A planner; if you ever had to travel with me, all you have to do is pack your things and show up. I’ll take it from there!
